The Online Consultation is a 45 minute in depth session with expert trichologist Donia Maria. It includes a comprehensive clinical evaluation of the factors influencing your hair and scalp health.
This assessment reviews your medical and family history, nutritional status, hormonal balance, genetic predisposition, environmental influences, lifestyle habits, and styling practices. Each factor is carefully analysed to establish a complete and accurate clinical understanding.
Effective treatment is only possible with an accurate diagnosis and a clearly defined treatment strategy. Identifying the underlying cause is essential to achieving precise, lasting results.
If indicated, additional testing may be recommended within your country based on the findings of your consultation.
When required, we collaborate with leading international specialists in Trichology and Dermatology ensuring continuity of care at the highest level. Through our global professional network, including colleagues connected to the Evidence Based Hair Fellowship under Dr Jeff Donovan, we are able to guide patients toward the highest level of specialised expertise worldwide. Pre Appointment Requirements
Online patients are required to submit “The 10 image Patient Photo Guide” at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. These images allow for accurate visual assessment before your session and must clearly show the front, mid scalp, crown, temples, sides, sideburns, and back of the scalp.
Please note: Digital trichoscopy is not included in the online consultation. In most cases, microscopic imaging is not required to establish an accurate diagnosis and personalised treatment plan.
If you have access to digital trichoscopy images, or if this has been discussed with our team, you may submit the images from the 8 standard areas in accordance according with out Trichoscopy Imaging Guide.
